Velocom Service Order
You can use the portal below to order service at your address. You can order Internet Service, Home Phone and IPTV. You can also order any necessary hardware and it will be shipped to you. Our tech support, billing, and hardware services are handled by our network partner VMedia. You can also visit us in store, or call 1-866-VELOCOM, or (902) 678-2280.
PLEASE NOTE: This will NOT check for the availability of service at your location. You must be within an Eastlink Cable service area. If you have had Eastlink Cable, or Citywide Communications service in the past, we can provide you service. Most, but not all, Bell FibreOp customers also reside within Eastlink service area as well. You will be notified by email if we are unable to service your location, normally within 2-4 business days.
