Your phone must be network unlocked
All phones sold in Canada in 2018 or later are already unlocked. If you bought yours from a carrier before 2018, contact that carrier to unlock it first. Phones already with TELUS or Koodo are the exception when switching to Koodo Prepaid.
You'll need your IMEI number to get an unlock code. Dial *#06# on your phone to find it.
